The video shows 24-year -old Danry Vasquez walk into a stairwell with his girlfriend. Shortly after the door closes behind them, he strikes the woman with his left hand. He then hits her again across the face. Eventually, he grabs her by the hair and lead her down the stairs, where he hits her again.
