Damon Wayans Jr. Faces Backlash After Joking About White People on Fourth of July
There were fireworks in Damon Wayans Jr.'s Twitter mentions last night, and they were sparked by some comments the actor and comedian made about the Fourth of July.
Wayans posted a snarky tweet on Independence Day talking about white people taking pride in their racist ancestors, but quickly found backlash from white folks accusing him of going too far. Welp. The Second Generation Wayans star didn't apologize, instead starting a Twitter war of the words with his offended followers.
