It’s only been a few months since Beyoncé gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter (January 7), but the new mom is quickly morphing back to her curvaceous pre-baby shape. The singer covers Us Weeklys “Super Diets” issue in an image snapped on her St. Bart’s vacation April 9 in a black one-piece and the magazine sat down with her trainer, Marco Borges, to see how she’s getting back in shape.
Bey hits the gym five times a week with Borges, who said, “we do cardio and plyometric moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench.” She also uses kettle bells to help strengthen and tone. As for her diet, the breast feeding mother avoids processed food, sticking to whole foods like vegetables and grilled meats. “You don’t have to eat only celery sticks,” says Borges. “Be sensible and exercise consistently.”
Beyoncé told People magazine, the most outlandish pregnancy rumor would be “that I work out twice a day. Absolutely not: I’m a new mother; I don’t have time for that. And no, I don’t have a trainer living with me.”

Even if she is only going once a day, there’s good motivation for her to get up and go to the gym. Beyoncé’s scheduled to perform her first post-pregnancy performances: three shows over Memorial Day weekend at Revel Beach's Ovation Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
