Not Rihanna! Twitter Is Convinced Drake Is Rapping About Losing This Rising R&B Star On ‘Jaded’
Now that Drake officially addressed his feud with Pusha-T, Kanye West and confirmed that he fathered a child on his Scorpion album, fans online are listening even more closely in an attempt to decode other messages hidden within the dual-sided project.
Known for pouring his heart out on wax, Drake's emotion-filled B Side launched a Twitter investigation into the identity of the mystery lady that left Drake in his feelings on a number of his new tracks, specifically "Jaded."
While some fans initially speculated that Drizzy could be talking about his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, others were quick to shut that down and provide proof that he was subbing rising R&B singer Jorja Smith.
Details surrounding Drake's relationship with Jorja Smith may be a little sketchy, but it's worth noting that the duo did hookup on wax. The 20-year-old songstress appeared on Drake's More Life track "Get It Together."
Drizzy also gave Jorja Smith a huge social media shout out back in 2017.
So what do you say? Did Drake really dedicate half of his new album to the Lost & Found singer, or is Twitter guilty of doing the most?
