New York, NY – June 13, 2013 – "106 & PARK LIVE" heads to sun-drenched Los Angeles, California on Friday, June 28 to broadcast live throughout the weekend, resulting in the largest and most stylish BET Awards pre-show ever! For the very first time, in its 13-year history, "106 & PARK LIVE" will go live on Saturday, June 29 at 6 pm*; hosted by Bow Wow along with a few special friends, the jam-packed weekend will feature special appearances from Jamie Foxx, Channing Tatum, Marlon Wayans, and Spoken Reasons with performances by Mindless Behavior, Jason Derulo, Tyga, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled, French Montana, Problem, Trinidad James, Young Marqus, and Jacob Latimore.

As part of the "BET AWARDS PRE-SHOW: LIVE! RED! READY!" on Sunday, June 30, "106 & PARK" will have red carpet arrivals on lock-down with numerous distinct positions on the red carpet to bring viewers up close and personal with all of the nominees, presenters and performers arrivals.  Bow Wow, Tony Rock and a few celebrity friends will give viewers ALL access to the LARGEST red carpet pre-show in history. Join our hosts as they lend their fashion style expertise to the "106 & PARK" red carpet and interview celebrities about their fashion choices for the evening.  Anything can happen when funny-man Tony Rock, who will also be celebrating his birthday, takes his prime spot on the carpet.  BET Awards '13 performers announced so far include Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Miguel, and R. Kelly.

BET Networks will make Make-A-Wish recipient Kayla Rushing's wish come true during "BET AWARDS PRE-SHOW: LIVE! RED! READY!" The 16-year-old, who is diagnosed with a life-threatening respiratory disease, is from Brookhaven, PA, and will have her wish granted to attend the BET AWARDS in Los Angeles, CA. While attending BET AWARDS 13, Kayla will receive the VIP treatment with front row access to the "106 & PARK" live broadcasts and walk the BET AWARDS 13 red carpet.
