Paul McCartney was Denied Entry to Tyga's Grammys After Party Last Night
If you thought the winners of certain Grammy categories were embarrassing, check this.
So Paul McCartney, you know one of the people The Grammys were made for, was looking for something to do after the annual awards ceremony let out. Feeling like hitting up Tyga’s after party at Argyle in Hollywood for whatever reason, The Beatles frontman thought he’d be a shoo in as a VIP guest.
Well, 18 Grammy awards doesn’t get you into as many parties as it used to as he was denied entry. Paul, joined by Beck and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, joked after the rejection, "How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit, guys,” he said among laughs. “We need another hit! Work on it."
After not being important enough, McCartney and his entourage headed for their vehicles and reportedly shuttled off to Republic Records’ after party where they had better luck gaining entry. Watch TMZ’s video of the whole occurrence below.
