Horrifying Subway Video Shows Black Woman Get Attacked By A Pit Bull Whose Owner Does Nothing
Many people believe the man who owns the dog should be charged for violating the MTA rules.
Police in New York City are investigating a viral video of a pit bull attacking a Black woman on a Manhattan 4 train.
In the video, recorded and posted last week, a woman is being grabbed by the foot by a pit bull. While other passengers try to help the woman, the dog’s owner does not force the animal to release.
Because the MTA requires all non-service animals to be in carriers, the man and his dog were in violation of the rules
Witnesses on the train told News 12 that the woman asked the man to move his dog after the animal bumped her. Passengers said the woman pushed the dog several times until the man struck the woman.
After the man assaulted the woman, she hit him back, prompting the pit bull to bite the woman’s shoe and not let go.
Thanks to witnesses' accounts, many people find the owner at fault
