50 Cent Sues Rick Ross Over Ex's Sex Tape Leak
50 Cent is suing Rick Ross to get out of a five-year-old sex tape lawsuit filed by the MMG rapper’s ex, reports TMZ. The ex, Lastonia Leviston, sued 50 first claiming he released the tape to spite Rozay, but in his own legal docs, the G-Unit head now blames his rival.
The proof lies in a radio interview conducted the day before the tape dropped, says 50. He claims Ross teased the sex tape (which features Leviston and her ex, Maurice Murray) during the interview.
However, Leviston says 50 got the tape from Murray and put it online because of his beef with Ross. She claims to have suffered emotional distress, and contemplated suicide in the aftermath.
50 tried to have the suit thrown out last year, but a judge refused. If he loses to Leviston, he says Ross should pay the judgment.
