Future Back on Drake Tour
Future's rift with Drake is either squashed or never existed because the "Honest" rapper is still billed for the Would You Like a Tour? jaunt.
"Back in Atl getting ready for tour..1st stop Pittsburgh," the Freebandz front man tweeted today. He then sent this statement to Vibe: "I am set to continue as planned with Drake and Miguel on the Would You Like a Tour? tour slated to begin on October 18 in Pittsburgh. I'm looking forward to hitting the road this fall. Love4Life Honest."
According to radio personality Beestroh of Atlanta's Hot 107.9, Drizzy and Future came to an agreement late Wednesday (Oct. 16). "My reliable sources told me they came to an agreement late last night, papers are signed, time to get that money once again," he said in a video posted online.
The fallout stemmed from Future slamming his comrade's music during a Billboard.com interview, word of which got back to the Grammy winner. Reportedly, Future refused a pay cut and was planning a $1.5 million suit to recoup the $40,000 a night he would've lost by leaving the 41-date trek.
Neither party confirmed nor denied the rumored tour beef.
