    A'ja Wilson has etched her name in the WNBA history books once again, becoming the first player to score 1,000 points in a single season. During a thrilling home game against the Connecticut Sun, the Las Vegas Aces star hit the milestone with a clutch fadeaway jumper in the final minutes, sealing an 84-71 win for her team.

    The record-breaking feat came just days after Wilson set a new single-season points record, surpassing Jewell Loyd’s 939-point tally in a showdown against Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.

His legacy as a rapper with a basketball background remains iconic.

    Whitney Houston's legendary 1994 concert in South Africa, held after Nelson Mandela's groundbreaking election, is heading to the big screen this fall. 

    Now fully remastered, the performance will be released under "The Concert for a New South Africa (Durban)," as announced by Whitney's estate, Sony Music Entertainment, and Trafalgar Releasing.

    Fans can catch limited screenings of the never-before-seen Durban concert on October 23 and 27 in over 25 countries, bringing Houston's iconic voice back to life in theaters worldwide.

  • Megan Thee Stallion Leads BET ‘Hip Hop Awards 2024’ with a Dozen Nominations

    The BET Hip Hop Awards 2024 are heating up! Set to be filmed in Las Vegas on October 8 and airing on October 15, the show will again be hosted by Grammy-nominated Fat Joe. This year's event promises major excitement, with Megan Thee Stallion leading the pack with 12 nominations, including 'Song of the Year' and 'Lyricist of the Year.' Close behind, Kendrick Lamar racks up 11 nods, while Drake scores 8. 

    On top of dominating the nominations, Megan recently made waves with her track "Neva Play," featuring RM from BTS, which was featured in WWE's "SmackDown" intro as the show returned to USA Network with a new logo. After the clip dropped, Megan teased fans with fire emojis and hinted at a possible wrestling debut, playfully writing, "I think it’s finally time I make my debut lol."

    Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese has teamed up with Reese's Puffs for a limited-edition "Angel Reese's Puffs" cereal, featuring her on four special box designs. Sharing the news on X, Reese playfully told fans, "Y'all better go get a box before they’re gone."

    Thrilled about the collaboration, the 22-year-old said, "Not only does this fulfill my childhood dream of being on a cereal box, but there couldn't be a better fit for me to join forces with than Reese's Puffs cereal."
