A representative for Jennifer Hudson says that the Grammy-winning singer suffered from a severe case of food poisoning. J Hud was rushed to the hospital immediately after performing on Good Morning America because she was suffering from severe abdominal pain.

According to TMZ, who obtained a statement from Hudson's rep Lisa Kasteler, reported that Hudson had been complaining of the pain before her performance, and she was rushed to the hospital as soon as she was finished. Hudson was treated in a New York hospital and later released.
