‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Yandy Smith Is Barely Recognizable As She Joins Waffle House Protest In Alabama

Things got real, real fast.

The now viral video of Chikesha Clemons being unjustly arrested by three white male police officers at a Waffle House branch has sparked outrage throughout the Black community. The encounter, which saw one of the officers threaten to break her arm while the majority white patrons ignored the incident, has gained nationwide attention with several staging protests to gain justice for Clemons.

One of the latest to lend her voice to the cause is Love & Hip Hop star Yandy Smith, who recently took to an Alabama Waffle House, herself, to express her concerns.

Protesters gathered this past Sunday (May 20) for a two-mile march from a shopping center in Saraland, Alabama, to the Waffle House where Clemons was arrested.

Smith, one of the protesters in attendance, documented her involvement on social media, including everything from their chants of "No justice, no profit. No eggs, bacon or sausage!" to her urging her followers to go to her live to see everything in real time.
