Kenya Moore is tired of haters who knock reality television. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star came to the defense of unscripted shows in the face of critics who believe they perpetuate a negative image of Black women. 
In our exclusive interview, Moore compares the drama that unfolds on shows like RHOA to celebrated fictionalized works like Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder. "If you look at Kerry Washington, she's having an affair with a married man. Viola Davis on How to Get Away With Murder, she's cheating on her husband. What standard are you comparing us to?" she asks. "We're being ourselves. There is conflict, but at the end of the day there is resolution."
The reality star also addresses seemingly homophobic undertones of her series — including rumors of Kordell Stewart's sexuality — and her supposed beef with Vivica A. Fox.
Plus, Moore talks about the RHOA boycott of Wendy Williams, saying that while some of her fellow cast mates may be beefing with Williams, she has nothing but respect for the talk show queen. "I think she is really honest, and that can come across as harsh," Moore says in defense of Williams. "She has a job to do, and she gets paid to do it. I've always had a very strong relationship with her. I relate to her."
