Rick Ross Responds to Gucci Mane Rant

MMG boss thinks ATL rapper should seek help.

Gucci Mane's bizarre Twitter attack on just about all of his rap contacts Monday (Sept. 9) was nothing more than a cry for help, says Rick Ross. Rozay isn't upset with the Brick Squad general for throwing the darts, instead he's hoping for an intervention. "If somebody needs help, they need to get it," the MMG Bawse told Hot 97 yesterday.
The two haven't spoken, but Ross can't see the 33-year-old's behavior as an official diss because he doesn't take Twitter threats seriously. "At the end of the day, for one, I don't move with that Twitter talk," he explained. "I'm a $50 million dude. I don't move by Twitter talk and all that. You know what I'm saying? Real dudes, they make up. Even if it's a problem, they get on the line. You know, on Twitter, you'll never see Rozay really jump off the porch with Twitter. Regardless, I'm not an emotional person like that."
Also not buying the tirade is Young Throwback, Gucci's brother, who tweeted late Monday, "sum1 hack brah twitter. Yall tr y sabotage brah. Dat messed up let gucci b. GOD kno d truth. Hackers."
Gucci's page has since been deleted, but before it was shut down he retweeted Young Throwback's post, and accused his manager, Coach K, of pirating his account. Coach reportedly dropped the rapper as did his label, Atlantic Records, because "it just wasn’t working out," a rep said.

If he truly is a victim, the hacker has perfect timing. The rant just happened to line up with the release of Gucci's free album, Diary of a Trap God.
