Drake Announces New Album And He Says It’s Being Released At Midnight
It’s not been that long since Drake released his sixth solo studio album Certified Lover Boy, but apparently he’s got a new release coming, and very quickly.
Taking to his Instagram account, the Toronto rapper’s seventh LP will be titled Honestly, Nevermind, and it’ll be released at midnight Friday.
“7th studio album “HONESTLY, NEVERMIND” out at midnight,” Drizzy captioned the post, which features the cover art.
Certified Lover Boy, which featured appearances by Jay-Z, Travis Scott, Future, Young Thug and more, earned Drake a 2022 Grammy nod for Best Rap Album, but he withdrew his nomination months before the ceremony. Despite dropping over nine months ago, the album still remains in the top 20 of the Billboard 200 chart, according to Complex.
While there are no other details about Honestly, Nevermind, Drake may share some more about the project during the premiere episode of his SiriusXM radio show Table For One, which airs at 11 p.m. EST Thursday on Sound 42.
