Cardi B Channels Her Inner Whitney Houston With Paris Street Performers
As usual, Cardi B has been turning heads and making headlines during Paris Fashion Week.
The rap star looked absolutely stunning at the Schiaparelli show in a custom look from the fashion house designed exclusively for her by Daniel Roseberry, the brand’s creative director. The look of the night featured a massive black feather bolero, against a black corseted gown accented with gold stitching and buttons. She took the look over the top by tucking her hair in a low bun in a matching cap that effortlessly showcased her gold statement earrings, along with matching gold bangles on both arms.
However, it was after a Thom Browne show that Cardi reminded us that at her heart, she is just a girl from the Bronx.
On the way to her vehicle, she grabbed the mic from a street performer to sing the beginning bars from Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You."
The Grammy winner ended the impromptu performance with a laugh as fans looked on in adoration.
Daily Mail clocked that she was dressed in a plunging tweed suit and a headpiece made of gold wire.
In other news, the wife and mother of two are in a bit of a spat with her husband, Offset who has accused her of cheating. He has not joined her in Paris.
However, a source is telling PEOPLE that the beef will be short-lived, "They're just having a little quarrel," the insider said. "They're very intense so they go back and forth quite a bit. They'll hash it out like they always do."
