Migos' Offset Charged With Battery in Bulloch County Jail Fight
Migos’s Offset was charged with battery and causing a riot in Bulloch County jail over the weekend, according to the Statesboro Herald.
Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, is currently serving time without bond due to his criminal history. He and two other Migos members (Quavo and TakeOff) were arrested on gun and drug charges during their appearance at Georgia Southern University's Spring Bling. Quavo and TakeOff were released on $10,000 bond.
This latest incident may extend Offset's time in jail. There is video evidence that confirms he fought with another inmate Saturday, according to reports from the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office. Additional details reveal Offset’s assault left the victim with a “visible injury to the right side of the head.”
Migos recently announced they postponed their Yung Rich Nation tour with OG Maco. Their debut LP, YRN Tha Album, releasing via Quality Control Music and 300 Entertainment, is set for June 16.
