Report: Kanye West to Press Charges Against Paparazzo
Kanye West wants to press criminal charges against a photographer who trespassed in his driveway early this morning, TMZ reports. The pap was one of a few who ambushed West at his L.A. home at 4:00 a.m., taunting him about his Jimmy Kimmel feud until he snapped.
He and girlfriend Kim Kardashian were making their way to Paris at the time of the run-in.
Sources connected to the situation say West plans to file a police report since the camera guy can be seen crossing over into his driveway. At one point the "New Slaves" rapper asks, "Are you inside my garage?" before muttering, "I'ma change all this."
Later in the video West calls the circling photographers "blood sucking mosquitoes," and demands that they "shut the f--- up!"
He then advises, "Pick a profession with some type of respect to it!"
'Ye has lost his cool on the paparazzi numerous times. In 2008, he and manager Don Crowley were arrested on suspicion of vandalism for trying to break a photographer's camera, and in July, he scuffled with heckling pap who is now suing. He faces criminal battery for the latter incident but claims self-defense.
