Wu-Tang Clan Drops 'Ruckus in B Minor'
The gang's all here. The latest in the Wu-Tang Clan collection is officially complete with the inclusion of Dirt McGirt, whose laughter opens the most recent offering from the group's upcoming album, A Better Tomorrow.
"I'm gon' tell you one time, you gon' love this!" ODB promises over the ominous beat of the song "Ruckus in B Minor."
It's been nearly a decade since the most boisterous Wu member died from a drug overdose, just days before his 36th birthday.
Producer RZA also nods to the full-circle cypher, "GZA, this is called 'Ruckus in B Minor' / Rae, all those bad times is behind us," he spits in his roll call, possibly referring to those awkward moments when it looked like Raekwon was not going to be involved in the final cut of the LP.
"Ruckus in B Minor" follows the lead single, "Ron O'Neal," which the Wu performed on The Dailly Show in August, and the promotional cuts "Family Reunion" (not included in the official track listing) and "Keep Watch."
A Better Tomorrow is expected Dec. 2, reports Billboard.
