Jaz-O Gets Ready for a Comeback \r \r \r

Jay-Z’s former musical mentor returns after 10 years gone.

It’s been a decade since Jaz-O was in the music limelight and it appears that he’s making a comeback.

Recently heard on Jay-Z's and Kanye West’s “Otis,” Jaz, 46, is said to be working on a mixtape, as well as a brand new album. Both are expected to be released sometime in 2012.

A rep for the rapper tells AllHipHop.com, "Jaz has told us he's not taking no more breaks.”

The Brooklyn rapper is best known for his 1989 single “Hawaiian Sophie” and his collaboration with Jay on songs from album classics Reasonable Doubt and Vol. 2... Hard Knock Life.
