It Looks Like Ray J Is Ready to Take Action Against Kanye West

He's not over that "Famous" video.

Late last month, Kanye West released a music video that not-so-surprisingly had everyone talking.

The visual showcases a series of a dozen naked celebrities lying close to each other on a bed, and each of the figures are eerily recognizable, capturing their likeness in a way that originally had people questioning if the scene was real or not.

Of the 12 celebrities featured, some have spoken up, while others have remained quiet about ‘Ye’s decision to include them. Most recently, Ray J has come forward to share his frustration about being depicted in the video, and is even considering legal action.

As reported, the R&B singer is said to be furious and is looking into seeing what legal options he may have.

Ray J’s business manager, David Weintraub, spoke to Heat magazine on his behalf. “We’re talking about potentially doing something,” Weintraub said. “Because there’s too many times Kanye has done this, and you can’t really continue to use people’s likeness without either compensation or clearance.”

“It seems to be becoming an issue. This is like the fourth time in six months he’s done this,” Weintraub continued, also mentioning how West shouts out Ray J’s name on his track “Highlights,” also off of his Life of Pablo album. “We haven't really worked anything out. There were kind of discussions but it's getting old, so our legal team is working out what we want to do with everything.”

Following the video’s release, West tweeted (and later deleted), “Can somebody sue me already #IllWait.”
Looks like if Ray J has things his way, he’ll be the first one to file.
