LMFAO is willing to squash legal drama with Rick Ross if both parties are able to talk it out.

Rozay is suing the duo over his 2006 debut single, "Hustlin.'" He accuses them of lifting his "every day I'm hustlin'" line into "every day I'm shufflin'" for their 2010 mega-single, "Party Rock Anthem."

Group member Redfoo told TMZ that a face-to-face meeting with Ross could end the disagreement. "I got love for Rick Ross, that's real…and honestly I think it's a misunderstanding," he said. "I know if me and Rick got on the phone, if we met in person we would talk about some stuff…it'd be over, and I'm willing to do that."

When prodded about a possible financial settlement he replied, "I'm willing to talk because it's all about creativity and moving forward."

Redfoo's offer to Ross is much more harmonious than the legal rebuttal LMFAO filed in response to the lawsuit. According to TMZ, LMFAO fired back at Ross by turning the tables on the 38-year-old. Although they admit to jacking the lyric, the group claims the move to be par for the course in music, and accuses Ross of doing the same thing.

The Bawse's onetime gig as a corrections officer, which was exposed in 2008, is noted as an example of how he has allegedly profited off a fake rap persona. Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, has been sued by his nick-namesake, former drug kingpin Freeway Rick Ross, who claimed the "Devil Is a Lie" MC stole his identity.
