Russell Westbrook usually doesn’t miss time. His dedication to basketball is only outnumbered by his family.

On November 5, the OKC Thunder point guard sprained his ankle in a game against the New Orleans Pelicans. And while that’s kept him out of action, most recently, it’s been his family keeping him out of playing for “personal reasons.”

Luckily for Russell, him and his wife Nina just had twins. Westbrook took to Instagram to share a picture of their twin daughters, who were born over the weekend.

“11.17.18,” he captioned under a pic of the newborn’s arms which held bracelets revealing their names – Skye and Jordyn. The couple already have a year-and-a-half old son named Noah.

Russell Westbrook joins Dwayne Wade, another NBA player missing time due to paternity leave for having newborn babies.
