Darius McCrary is claiming he's no longer in the position to pay child support to his estranged wife, Tammy Brawner, and he fully detailed why in new court docs that were recently filed.

This isn't the first time the former child star's been in hot water with the legal system. See the brutal accusation made against him earlier this year, with BET Breaks, above.

According to TMZ, the Family Matters star says his inability to land a role is making it basically impossible for him to cover the fee. In fact, he claims he only made a mere $500 over the last year.
Going into more detail, he added that his most recent acting job was a seven-day shoot where he earned $125/day. He claims, however, that he's yet to receive the check. In addition to his lack of compensation, he said he still owes the IRS a whopping $90,000.

McCrary claims that things are so grim for him that he was forced to move in with his aunt and uncle to make ends meet. To make matters worse, he added that he can't even afford to see his daughter as he's unable to pay for the court-appointed monitor, which was made mandatory as both he and Brawner have restraining orders against one another.

As a result of all of this, the former child star is begging the court to cut him some slack and grant him unmonitored visits with his child.
