Rapper IDK And Credit Karma Team Up To Help Gen Z Manage Their Money

A $10,000 cash prize will go to one lucky contestant.

Rapper IDK and Credit Karma have partnered to help Gen-Z understand the importance of credit and financial literacy.

According to Forbes, the partnership will be an opportunity for contestants to secure a $10,000 prize to help pay off any outstanding debt that the winning contestant has. In order to be considered for the cash prize, all participants must share their stories on how they found themselves in debt and what steps they are taking to eliminate their debt.

IDK will also host a YouTube talk show, Midday with IDK, that will further the conversation to educate the youth on financial management. BIA, 24kGoldn, DJ Millie, Buddy and Zach Bia will be segment guests.

The mission is to “help normalize conversations about money and let people know they’re not alone in their journey, while also helping a few people make real financial progress,” Forbes notes.

Earlier this year, IDK taught a 10-day course at Harvard University to help educate aspiring musicians as they try to enter the music business.
