Drake's "Kiki" Finally Reveals Shocking Moment She Found Out About "In My Feelings"
While Drake was celebrating his birthday, K’yanna “KB” Barber confirmed the rumors as the identity behind “Kiki” of his summertime hit “In My Feelings.” Many previously linked former 106 & Park host Keshia Chanté as the woman Drizzy was fawning over, but the mystery was solved soon after the rumor mill went rampant.
Tweets dating back to when the song went viral hinted towards K'yanna confirming her as the infamous "Kiki"
Barber sat with DJ Felli Fel of Power 106, for reasons unknown, to discuss the inspiration behind the viral sensation and her history with the 6 God.
The Oakland native admitted she was "kinda surprised by it" when she heard the song
She stated that her and Drake have known each other for a few years and "that's the homie; somebody [she] loves and respects." As far as the "Nice for What" emcee being curious about whether or not KB loves him, she feels "he knows the answer."
When the Toronto legend dropped Scorpion in June, she was in her living room with her toddler son, KJ, brother and mom "listening to the album like everybody else." As soon as "Kiki" was name dropped, her son asked, "Mommy, did he just say your name?" Her family knew the two were previously connected on some level, but her mom "went crazy" when he said her actual initials, KB.
"It's a lot of lil Kiki's running around in everybody's hoods," she continued. So, she had to find concrete evidence. The two met through West Coast femcee Kamaiyah while she was her background dancer and hype man. Many also connected Barber to Hyphy Hoochies, a clique similar to Taz's Angels.

A few Bay Area natives claimed if you're from there, you "been knew."
Barber is currently testing the waters as a recording artist, but don't expect a Drake diss track anytime soon. "That's one person I'd never disrespect," she said, despite many asking her to do so.
