Issa Scam!: The Internet Is Dragging Masika For Selling Amazon Robes As Her Own For Triple The Price

This that Mother's Day hustle.

It's hard to deny that Fetty Wap's baby's mother Masika Kalysha is busy on her hustle to get some coins. Instagram modeling, social appearances, and her music are just a few outlets she uses to secure the bag. And recently the first-time mom has taken the entrepreneur route to success with her Khari Barbie Cosmetics, named after her daughter, along with her Mommy and Me Collection.

Yesterday, the Love & Hip Hop star took to Instagram to share an adorable mommy and me moment with her daughter, Khari, as they showed their pre-Mother's Day love in matching robes from Masika's online shop - and of course people from the internet had some tea on the post.

See the endearing moment below and keep scrolling for the deets:

While you may see a super cute moment, some commenters began to call the reality star out, alleging she's selling the same robe from Amazon for triple the price in her "mommy and me" collection. *face in palm*

"I bought this robe on amazon for the low low," a commenter shared.

"I have this EXACT SAME robe that I bought from a market in Thailand for like 4 dollars," another commenter posted.

Could this be true? We had to do an investigation.

Here's what we learned by comparing the prices:

Well, there is indeed a $21.01 price difference between the adult robes and a $15.10 price difference between the kids robes.

We're sure there's an explanation for this. There has to be. Right?

While some were quite shaken up about the pricing difference, one commenter asked the question: "D*mn can y’all just support Black Business without shade?"

Def makes you think.

Drop a line in the comments. Would you pay more for an item just to support a Black business?
