A 5-Year-Old Produced One of the Tracks on Kendrick Lamar's Untitled Unmastered Album
Kendrick Lamar may’ve surprised us with his newest untitled unmastered album but perhaps the biggest shock was who helped create it.
Taking to Instagram, Swizz Beatz claimed that his 5-year-old son Egypt was responsible for production on track 7, “2014-2016.”
"This is the best Dad moment everrrrr!!!” he captioned in the post. “Congrats to my son Egypt for producing his 1st track on this amazing Kendrick Album he’s only 5yrs old wowwwwwww @aliciakeys look at our lil guy baby #blessingsonblessings thx #Kendrick for investing in the future !!! Track 7.”
He followed up by posting a video of Egypt actually creating the instrumentals for the track, in case there were any conspiracy theorists. Taylor Gang producer Cardo claims that Swizz was responsible for the second half of the beat but he was probably mostly in charge of the first part too.
