The last episode of Tyler Perry’s Sistas ended with yet another twist in the Karen paternity saga: she’s having twins. She went this entire time without knowing, and now that she does, that’s even more to think about. She’s still adamant that Zac is the father, but we’ll see when the DNA results return. Even if Zac is the father, so much other drama could go down. Here are five potential plot twists that could happen as related to Karen’s baby. 

She Could Lose The Babies

This is morbid, but we need to get it out of the way. This show is so full of drama that we probably shouldn’t get attached to the idea of Karen as a mom just yet. You never know. 

Karen Could Die

This is also morbid, but the Black maternity health crisis could inspire a storyline on the show. We likely won’t lose Karen since she’s a main character, but what if she goes out like that? 

The Baby Isn’t Zac’s

Karen swears up and down that the baby is Zac’s, but even her girls have stated at times that you never know what Karen be on. She might be in such denial that instead of admitting there could have been someone else, she’s holding on to the idea that Zac is the pops. 

The Twins Could Have Different Fathers

Karen’s twins are in different sacks and can have separate daddies. That would be crazy if one baby belonged to Zac and another to someone else. 

Karen Might Abandon The Baby

What if when Karen has the baby, she gets overwhelmed, feels like motherhood isn’t for her, dumps the baby either on her mom or Zac, and skips town?
