Gilbert Arenas and Laura Govan’s split has been as messy as it gets since the two called it quits back in 2015. While Govan was already facing a lawsuit issued by Arenas in which he accused her of lying about the former NBA baller having STDs, she may now be in even more serious legal trouble.

Govan reportedly failed to appear in court for a scheduled hearing regarding Arenas's suit against her, and as a result the judge has issued a bench warrant for the mother of four. 

The judge had already awarded Arenas a default judgment worth $110,100 in the ongoing case, and since Govan has reportedly failed to pay up, Arenas requested she hand over financial information so that he could collect by seizing her assets.

Clearly, Govan is having a tough time coming to terms with writing her ex a six-figure check, so she's avoiding him altogether. Since she failed to appear in court on March 8, the bench warrant authorizes her arrest, and could very well result in additional fines.
