While Kim Kardashian seems to be finally embracing the last few weeks of her pregnancy with flat shoes and a relaxed work schedule, the rest of her family is picking up the slack and keeping the Kardashian name in the papers. 
Rob Kardashian wrote a big check to make his paparazzi problems go away. The sisters' little bro was charged with battery and theft after he confiscated the camera and memory card of a female photog who was trying to take pictures of him taking his shirt off at the gym. Perhaps realizing a judge would be hard-pressed to believe the reality star was trying to avoid press attention, Rob opted to settle out of court. A judge is expected to dismiss the case next week. 
Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian stopped by the Today show and, while showing off her trimmed-down figure, hinted that fans will find out the sex of Kim's baby on this Sunday's premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kanye West's baby mama is due this summer.
