'Sistas': Betrayals, Ultimatums, and Unexpected Alliances Rock the Neighborhood
We pick up this week’s episode with, you guessed it, the drama from last week. Basically, Hayden has discovered that his wife, Tamara, is a plant. Gary had a PI following her around and discovered that Fatima put her up to it as revenge. But here’s the plot twist: Hayden doesn’t initially believe Gary and accuses him of being a hater.
But obviously, Hayden is more bothered than he’s trying to let on, so he kicks Gary off his property and then asks Tamara what’s up. Tamara plays dumb at first, but Hayden isn’t satisfied with her run around so he demands that Tamara sign annulment papers. Tamara refuses to sign the papers and threatens to take half of everything Hayden has. He asks her, once again, if Fatima set him up and she continues to lie about even knowing Fatima. We all know that Fatima did set him up, but she also told Tamara not to take it this far.
In positive news, Sabrina gets her job back, but at a different branch. However, unfortunately, Maurice won’t be getting his job back. They know he’s innocent, but they feel uneasy knowing that he had a relationship with Q in the first place. There were also complaints about his job performance before the drama started anyway.
Let’s fast forward a bit. We find Zac with Fatima at her job, talking to a lawyer about getting custody of Zac’s son. Once that meeting is over, Hayden storms over to Fatima and says he knows what she has been up to with Tamara. Zac is close to putting paws on him, but Fatima and Andi successfully get him to leave without incident. Hayden then accuses Andi of being a part of the conspiracy against him and threatens revenge on everyone.
In other news, Andi has lunch with Jordan. It’s obvious that he still likes her, and that he’s not holding the Gary situation against her. He also makes it clear that he thinks she handled it well. However, he did say that his sister wants to talk to Andi again because she has more questions. But over all, he still wants to continue seeing Andi. Maybe she won’t sabotage herself this time.
The episode winds down with Tony pulling up on Danni at work again. As soon as he learns that Danni and Preston are done, he shoots his shot again. He asks to take her on an official date and she’s down for dinner. When Tony leaves, Danni calls Sabrina to check on her and she gets a text from Preston, in the middle of that call, letting her know that he’s married. We all know she’s bothered, but she will pretend she’s not. She wants Preston when she wants him, anyway, moving on.
Andi comes face to face with Penny at work. Penny really wants to talk about the timeline with Gary and Andi, feeling cornered, agrees. As they leave, they meet with Gary, the devil himself.
Until next week.
