Savage X Fenty Unveils Their New Breast Cancer Awareness Capsule Collection
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Month, Rihanna‘s Savage X Fenty has unveiled a charitable lingerie collection and accompanying campaign with art by graphic artist, Jasmin Kaur Sehra, to educate and encourage its community to practice self-breast exams and advocate for their overall health, and we would love to work with you in driving awareness.
While breast cancer is more common in people over 40, the disease can be more aggressive and metastatic for the nearly 7% of Millennials (under 40 years old) who are diagnosed. For many unjust and systemic reasons, BIPOC individuals are disproportionately affected by breast cancer, with many facing significant barriers in the medical system and often ignored by medical professionals when raising any concern about their bodies.
Head to the Savage X Fenty website to check out the brand’s BCA Month capsule collection and campaign. Savage X Fenty, in partnership with Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF), will donate to the Keep A Breast Give Back Grants program for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This donation will support Keep A Breast’s initiatives to support BIPOC women who are breast cancer survivors or have been diagnosed with breast cancer.
