#BlackGirlMagic: Simone Biles Lands Two Historic Signature Moves At Worlds, And One Is Named After Her

She executed the moves on balance beam and floor exercise.

Simone Biles didn’t take a DNA test, but it turns out she’s 100% that...gymnast.

Arguably the greatest gymnast of all time, Biles had another two signature moves named after her at the World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany.

According to CNN, Biles landed a triple-double on her floor exercise and a double-double dismount on the balance beam.

Biles already performed the skills at the U.S. championships in July, but skills cannot officially be named after a gymnast unless completed at the Olympics or World Championships.

The floor and beam skills won't be officially recorded for Biles until the sport's governing body, the Federation of International Gymnastics, gives its approval.

But that’s a mere formality at this point.

These accomplishments mark Biles’ second signature move on floor exercise and her first on beam. She has another eponymous skill on the vault.

Biles is a four-time all-around and the defending World Champion. She’s looking to make history by becoming the most decorated gymnast in World Championship history.

The 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo will be Biles’ last official major competition before retirement.
