Hear Elle Varner Rap a Kanye West Verse on 'The End of the Beginning'
Elle Varner does an about face on her latest single, "The End of the Beginning," and Kanye West cops a nod.
Varner, aka "Elle Veezy," raps on the DJ Camper-produced track starting off with a throwback Yeezy verse that plays into a into a candid venting session.
“These are the woes of 20-something-year-old-single Black female addicted to retail,” she spits. “Single ‘cuz I trusted every a**hole I ever met, and lately I been fed up with that s**t/ It aint’ been working so well so now I’m talkin’ in the Starbucks sipping skinny caramel, iced-soy macchiato. Wondering what life would be like if I was a h*e.”
