Tim Norman, a star on Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s, has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault.

The charge stems from Norman allegedly punching former Sweetie Pie’s restaurant chef Horace Hodges in the face in April.

The Blast reports that Hodges was talking to Norman about payroll issues and the conversation escalated. That’s when he says Norman punched him in his left eye.

Former Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams, who is Norman’s ex, was questioned regarding the incident. She was reportedly at the restaurant during the day in question, but claims she did not see the incident. Williams did reveal however that Norman told her he punched Hodges minutes after leaving the scene.

Norman was booked and released the same day after posting a $500 bail. He’s scheduled to be arraigned on August 30.
