Shaquille O'Neal, rapper Waka Flocka Flame, and Utah Jazz guard Trey Burke were hit with a defamation lawsuit Thursday for reposting a photo of a man with a rare disorder. According to TMZ Sports, Jahmel Binion posted an Instagram selfie in April to which O'Neal and Waka reposted and made fun of his face. Burke took shots as well.
Binion, 23, suffers from hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, which causes scarce hair growth, missing teeth, and other facial deformities.
Although Shaq later apologized to Binion and even tweeted, "Made a new friend today when I called and apologized to Jahmel Binion. Great dude. #alwayslearning #MYBADCUZ," Binion is still moving forward with the lawsuit.
The lawsuit alleges that more than 8.4 million people saw the combined insults from Shaq, Waka and Burke.
