Rich Homie Quan Sues Think It's a Game Entertainment
Rich Homie Quan is suing his current label, Think It’s a Game Entertainment, and the CEO for unpaid royalties.
According to TMZ, the Atlanta rapper claims that T.I.G. have not been paying him his royalties for several albums, including hit songs like “Flex” and “Type of Way.” Sources say the T.I.G. CEO used the funds to purchase real estate in Atlanta for $159,000. Plus, he even kept some of the money from the distribution deal with Def Jam for “Type of Way.” Reportedly, he’s kept $550,000 to himself.
Quan wants out of his deal with T.I.G. So far, the label and the CEO haven’t commented on the matter. BET will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
