OVO Man! Drake Buys $5.5 Million Watch For His Birthday
The Toronto rapper turned 35 Sunday (October 24).
Drake is never shy about spending big bucks on the finer things in life.
Whether it’s his OVO private jet or dropping $600,000 on two diamond Tupac chains, the Toronto rapper loves extravagance. So it’s no surprise that in honor of his own birthday, he dropped $5.5 million on a completely unique Richard Mille watch.
The watch designer dropped the watch in 2019. According to TMZ, the rapper went to NYC diamond district kings Pristine Jewelers and asked them to secure the piece.
Ofir Ben Shimon, Pristine’s founder, and Drake also posed for a photo of them showing off their luxury goods.
The watch is without diamonds or gold, rather it’s encased in sapphire crystal and employs the incredibly complex tourbillon movement.
