Late last year, at the tail end of his public breakdown, Kanye West debuted a drastic new hairstyle, dying his hair blonde and later adding sherbet-esque colors of light pink into the mix.

Dying his hair during this time of personal hardship for the rapper-turned-designer inspired all sorts of conversations as to why, with many pointing out that it's natural to change one's physical appearance as a response to trauma. Now that Yeezy has been in recovery mode, he has decided to switch up his look once again.

This time around, West took things back to his roots, literally, shaving his head down to how the "old Kanye" traditionally used to rock it.

Perhaps this means that he's feeling back to old self, prior to the handful of difficult times he and his family experienced following his wife Kim Kardashian's terrifying robbery incident in Paris last year.

On the photo from the recent 'Ye sighting, some fans sounded off in the comments section, with majority of folks hopeful that the rapper is coming into his own again, slowly but surely.
