Steal ‘Em: Beyoncé’s “Countdown” Looks
Beyoncé released the full video for her latest single, “Countdown,” and mama is getting down! It's amazing to watch — from the opening scene that pays homage to fashion icon Audrey Hepburn’s movie Funny Face, to the funky '60s mod looks and all the '80s dance moments.
Even better, the fashionistas at MTV Style revealed that in between the cut-out black-and-white Thierry Mugler dress and glitzy sequined Dreamgirls-esque mini were pieces that we can all scoop up without breaking the bank (Her “Flashdance” shirt was from Forever 21!).
The Leotard
Bey gets her shimmy on while modeling four different color Capezio leotards with black-and-white striped Karen Keith for Patricia Field sun hats. The long-sleeve turtleneck leotards retail for approximately $28.
The Button-Up
Bey’s American Apparel chiffon over-sized shirt that she rocks in black with stilettos and then in purple, yellow and pink with hair ties and oxfords, retails for $58. It’s roomy enough for expecting mothers, but buy it a few sizes smaller or belt it and rock it even if you’re not expecting.
The Stripes
The diva worked it in a sexy chair scene in a striped American Apparel tank (similar to this $24 version), suspenders, $29 bootylicious American Apparel hot pants and socks with pumps.
