Singer/writer/producer Bruno Mars is a man of many hats, and the multitalented entertainer showed off several ways to pull off his favorite topper—the fedora—in the April 2011 issue of GQ magazine.

In a shoot that’s part preppy and a whole lot of suave, the “Grenade” singer modeled a range of springtime looks that show a fedora can be worn with, well, just about anything. Take the JJ Hat Center Grant Rugger fedora that he wore to dress up a tailored Emporio Armani suit and magenta Sean John shirt; he also used it to add a dose of fresh to a casual Calvin Klein Underwear T-shirt.

Being Stingy Just Got Cool
Today's hottest hatwear trend is straight from the '60s—yes, the '60s. Back then, swaggering gentlemen wore stingy-brimmed fedoras. You can, too. The straw ones on Bruno here are spring-friendly and can be dressed up or down.
