Outrageous Video Of White Man Screaming ‘You’re Treating Me Like A F—ing Black Person’ During Arrest
A white man getting arrested at Orlando International Airport on Thursday was recording screaming, “You’re treating me like a f*****g Black person,” when police attempted to handcuff him.
It all began when Jeffrey Epstein, 59, was denied boarding privileges by American Airlines due to his "erratic" behavior, police told WOFL FOX 35. Eventually, Epstein’s actions became so disruptive, workers with the airline called authorities to intervene. What followed next was a verbal exchange between Epstein and the officers, which ultimately turned into struggle on the ground.
“Hey, hey look what they’re doing,” Epstein said on the ground as he resisted arrest. “You’re treating me like a f*****g Black person.”
The officers immediately told Epstein, “You’re going to get sprayed, released your hands.”
"After leaving the line, Epstein continued to yell profanities and other remarks about American Airlines' business practices," read an arrest affidavit. "Epstein took off his backpack, put his hands in the air, and said to arrest him."
According to one officer, there was "white froth" around Epstein’s lips and when he asked about it, Epstein became irate.
"His behavior at this point was causing disruption to the normal airport operations. Epstein refused and continued to yell and say to arrest him," the arrest report continues. "At this point, Epstein was causing a scene and many people were stopping and videoing Epstein’s behavior."
Epstein was pepper sprayed by one of the officers and arrested. He was then transported to a hospital after complaining of chest pain. While searching Epstein, officers said they located a bag of marijuana.
Officers said Epstein told them he had “created a very big disturbance, and I did it on purpose.”
Epstein, a doctor in Lakeland, spoke with WESH 2 News after being released from jail.
He said he was trying to make a point about police use of force.
"If you're going to do this to a white doctor, who's 59-years-old, for doing nothing, then why would Black people trust you?" Epstein said. "I’m a conservative Republican, I’m a Trump guy. But until the police fix this problem, I don’t blame Black people for being upset when they get arrested."
Epstein was released from the hospital and taken to the Orange County Jail for booking. He is charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis.
