Whoopi Goldberg Thinks Ann Coulter Is Full of It
Did Ann Coulter really think her liberals have abandoned the Blacks theory would fly with the Black gals on The View?
During an appearance on Thursday to promote her book, the conservative pundit continued her argument that civil rights measures should be applied only to African-Americans because of the nation's legacy of slavery. She also asserted that the O.J. Simpson murder trial verdict was good for America because it shut down "the white guilt bank."
Co-host Whoopi Goldberg, who does not suffer people she considers fools, was visibly frustrated within a few moments after Coulter began speaking.
"Oh you know what, hold up Ms. Coulter, please stop. Please stop," she said. "If you are going to talk about race, at least, at least, know what you're talking about."
When co-host Sherri Shepherd asked whether the GOP is now embracing Blacks in "a warm and fuzzy" way, Coulter said that African-Americans aren't hugging back. But when she argued that Republicans were not part of the segregationist movement, Goldberg exploded.
"Bulls--t! Bulls--t, I'm sorry! That's bull, that's bull," she said.
