Kanye West performed a surprise show in Beverly Hills at a Verizon event Thursday night. West hit the stage in front of 100 guests at the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, and was in a “good mood” amid technical difficulties, The Wrap reports.

Actor Zach Galafianakis hosted the launch party where guests got a sneak peak at Verizon’s upcoming go90 social entertainment app. Zoe Saldana, Sanaa Lathan, Gabourey Sidibe, Chrissy Teigen,  John Legend, Luke James, Adrian Grenier and Christina Milian were among the celebrity guests.

Now that SWISH is on an indefinite time schedule, 'Ye has been making up for it with live shows. He lit up the iHeart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas last week, and will perform his entire 808s & Heartbreak at the Hollywood Bowl starting tonight.
