Doctor Who Performed Ms. Jacky Oh’s Final Procedure Breaks Silence After Her Death
The plastic surgeon who reportedly operated on Ms. Jacky Oh!, prior to her untimely passing late last month has spoken out for the first time since her death.
Dr. Zach Okhah wrote a message on social media without mentioning the 32-year-old model by name, writing, “To all my past, current and prospective patients, PH-1 Miami remains devoted to the highest quality medical care. All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards. I am relentlessly committed to advancing techniques in the realm of plastic surgery. Most importantly, my staff and I ensure that each patient is vetted, prepped, and treated according to their individual patient history prior to any surgery. Our mission is to help our patients achieve the best possible results in the safest and most medically appropriate way possible."

According to The US Sun, Ms. Jacky Oh!, shared a since-deleted Instagram post where she posed with Dr. Okhah.
"Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!!" she wrote while smiling in a hospital gown. "Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal."
Ms. Jacky Oh!, born Jacklyn Smith was later found unresponsive in a Miami hotel on May 31. First responders raced her to the hospital, where she died before midnight, according to the Miami Police Department. Her cause of death has not been announced.
Her partner, comedian and actor DC Young Fly--with whom she shared three children issued a heart wrenching tribute on social media in the weeks following her death writing, “I wasn’t in no rush to post this because I wanted it to be a dream so bad but every hour I’m reminded of realty (sic) so I wanna make sure I applaud you in the proper manner,” The Wild 'N Out performer wrote.
Ms. Jacky Oh! was also a former Wild 'N Out Girl.
“You are the GREATEST MOTHER I KNOW your soul was beautiful Yu always wanted the best for others and I admired how our family love each other!!!” he added. “Never had to worry about our kids loving each other cause you were on top of Dat!!!”
D.C. shared that he and Jacky, born Jacklyn Smith, were both “GOD fearing” and “grounded by the spirit.” “We never question the HIGHER POWER. we roll wit the punches and continue to live righteous,” he added. The actor promised he “will always tell our kids how much an amazing person you were especially a GREAT MOTHER!!!“
DC ended his post praising the mother of his children, writing, “Love you forever and our kids are super strong. They helpin me wit my tranquility no Kap!!!!! U wit me forever The QUEEN of my children will always have a spot in my heart and the paradise (Yu gon get me for Dat but it’s true).”
