Here’s What Went Down at Stevie J and Joseline’s Latest Custody Hearing

The last time they were in court, Stevie was asking for a restraining order and a drug test.

Stevie J and Joseline Hernadez welcomed their daughter, Bonnie Bella, into the world last year, and it's been drama since the moment the Puerto Rican Princess announced her pregnancy  on Instagram. For a long time, the Love & Hip-Hop star refused to acknowledge paternity of the child, but in the weeks before Bonnie Bella was born, Steebie accused her of using drugs during her pregnancy and violently attacking him. Drama!

Well, it looks like the dust has settled between these two, and Stevie is changing his tune.

After initially going to court to demand a drug test and restraining order against his baby mother (once he accepted that he was the daddy, of course), Stevie followed up in court last week (February 9) to file for a voluntary dismissal of the case he started in the first place. Apparently, the former enemies reached some kind of agreement when it comes to their baby girl.
Stevie has also backed off from seeking full custody of Bonnie Bella, saying he's happy with joint custody, after all.
Confused by how things got to this point? Here's a time line of their drama, from the moment Joseline revealed she was with child:
