Wait, Did DJ Khaled Just Hint At A Collab With Jay-Z & Nas?
DJ Khaled may still be reeling from his larger-than-life performance at the Grammys. But, that hasn't put a halt to his admirable work ethic.
Just a quick browse through his smorgasbord of pictures and videos on Instagram and you'll find that the super producer is undoubtedly one of hip-hop's hardest working men. But, one post in particular seems to have raised a few red flags among fans and others alike.
The picture in question features none other than Jay-Z and Nas, along with Khaled fixed between the two rap vets as they all collectively share a laugh. Nothing to see here, right? Wrong. The caption is all but telling of what's to come from this epic meeting of the minds. "A hip hop dream is now our reality. The language being spoken in this picture should be written in scriptures," the We The Best founder starts off the post.
"This picture should be framed and put up in the museums across the world for future generations to appreciate," he continues. "I'll tell you while we're smiling at a later date. Trust me you're gonna love it."
Khaled also made sure to tag both Roc Nation and We the Best Music's social accounts, adding further suspicion that he is in fact hinting at a collab between Hov and Nas. Considering his habit of releasing new projects on an annual basis, it's more than likely that the legendary rappers could be featured on a follow up to his platinum-selling album, Grateful.
While Nas and Jay may have a checkered past, and perhaps the most infamous feud in hip-hop history, it'd definitely be interesting to hear them link on wax in 2018.
