Watch: André 3000 and Zendaya Star In New Super Bowl LVI Commercial
Super Bowl LVI is this upcoming Sunday (Feb. 1) featuring the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals and the biggest day in sports is starting to unravel all of its promotion.
Yesterday, for example, Squarespace unveiled an ad that will be airing during the final NFL game of the season starring rapper André 3000 and actress Zendaya. Playing off of the “Sally sold seashells by the seashore” tongue-twister and narrated by the OutKast legend, the commercial features the Euphoria actress’ journey of struggling to sell seashells until discovering the website building company Squarespace. That’s when her business really took off.
“I was incredibly excited to have the opportunity to work and create with Edgar Wright on a story narrated by André ‘3000’ Benjamin,” Zendaya added in a statement.
The ad is expected to drop sometime during Super Bowl LVI on Sunday (February 13), where Compton hip-hop titian Dr. Dre will be conducting the halftime show alongside Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige.
