There's little doubt that Amanda Bynes is going through some things. In fact, the former child star appeared in court today to face charges related to a bong she allegedly threw out the window of her Manhattan apartment after the police came knocking at her door.

Lately, however, Bynes has been on a "you're ugly" kick and her most recent targets are the president and first lady.

"Barack and Michelle Obama are ugly!" she posted on Twitter Monday, and by Tuesday, it had been retweeted more than 20,000 times.

The first couple are now part of Bynes' growing "ugly" roster, which includes RuPaul, Perez Hilton, Lance Bass and the formerly, in her opinion, "gorgeous," Drake.

Reactions to the Obama tweet range from anger to sympathy.

"Still Talkin’ Ish: Amanda Bynes Targets the Obamas in Her ‘Ugly Campaign. It's time for her Twitter to come to an end," wrote Madame Noire.

Another poster expressed sadness that "This Amanda Bynes person apparently has no one in her life that cares about her."
